Interior Finish Carpentry

Renovations, new builds, and everything in between. Doors, trim, mouldings, baseboards, paneling, built-ins. We work across Toronto and the GTA.

The work we do.

Finish carpentry is the last trade on site and the one clients remember. If the reveals are tight and the miters close, the room feels right even if they cannot say why. We know which details matter.

We work on renovations and new builds. Renovations mean working with what is already there -- settling, unlevel floors, walls that were never quite plumb. New builds give you a clean start with their own pressures: schedules, other trades, specs that change after the trim is ordered.

We like white oak. If you are choosing a trim species and want a recommendation, that is ours. We also work in poplar for paint-grade and MDF for budget-sensitive scopes.

What you can expect.

We show up. On site when we say, communicating when something changes, coordinating with the other trades around us. Scopes are written before work starts. Changes documented before they cost anything.

Materials

White Oak

Our preference for exposed grain work. Warm without being yellow, open-grained without being rustic.

Poplar

The right choice for paint-grade trim. Machines cleanly, holds paint well, dimensionally stable.

MDF

For budget-conscious paint-grade work. Smooth face, consistent thickness, takes primer and paint well.
