We supply and install -- both, for doors and hardware. If you have everything on order we install it. If you need guidance on what to buy, we can help with that too.
Supply and install -- or just install.
Most of our door work is installation. Clients source their doors -- sometimes through us, sometimes on their own -- and we hang them. Either way works.
Doors exist beyond Home Depot. The range of what is available in profile, species, construction, and hardware compatibility is much broader than what you find at a big box store. If you are building or renovating and want something specific, talk to us before you order.
We supply hardware too. Locksets, hinges, pulls, concealed closers. We have access to trade lines not available retail and can spec hardware that works correctly for the door and the application.
The harder installs.
Standard swing doors are straightforward. Pocket doors are the most common complex request -- worth doing properly with the right hardware rough-in and a soft-close mechanism that stays adjusted. A badly installed pocket door is a problem forever.
Hidden flush doors -- doors that disappear into a wall with no visible frame -- require precision. Reveals have to be consistent, SOSS concealed hinges set exactly right, the door perfectly hung. We have done enough of these to know where the problems come from.
